2012 - 1 CAV Presidents' Message

Please join me in Congratulating DRIFTER & SHADOW as they move off into their New adventures at the National CAV/VAC Operations Unit and in Thanking them for all their tireless, dedicated efforts during their tenure at the reins of 1st CAV/VAC HQ. I know we'll still see them quite often !!

As we head into a Brand New Year just a quick intro on who I am and where I came from in the CAV/VAC. I joined the CAV/VAC and ORTONA UNIT in London in Sep 2008 ...... a very memorable moment in my Life's Journey !! I became the Unit RC in Feb 2009 and rode on point for them until May 2011 when I took over the reins as Unit President from Founding Unit President STORMBRINGER. The philosophy we followed as an Executive Team at ORTONA was a simple one "There is no "I" in Team" and I bring that along with me to 1st CAV/VAC HQ. I also truly believe in and Support the CAV/VAC's philosophy of "Riding, Having Fun and Helping Others" !! ..... and strive do so with "Strength & Honour" each & every day !!

I am truly Humbled & Honoured to have been appointed by TRAPPER into the position of 1st CAV/VAC President. Humbled & Honoured to be in the company of all of you in this elite organization known as the CAV/VAC. Proud to wear the "Run with the Pack" Crest of the 1st CAV/VAC. I have met quite a few of you on different Rides, at different Events. I look forward to meeting some of you again and some of you for the first time. I adhere to "Family ... the Job that supports the Family (still working towards Freedom 95) .... and then the CAV/VAC" ..... this is very important and I will uphold it.

I would like now to introduce you to the New 1st CAV/VAC HQ Executive Team and where they come from within the 1st CAV/VAC Formation -

1st CAV/VAC HQ RC - ULTRAMAN (SAA, JUNO UNIT)

1st CAV/VAC ADMIN - MEISJE (ORTONA UNIT)

1st CAV/VAC HQ MEMBERSHIP - GIGGLES (NAT'L MBSHP, JUNO UNIT)

1st CAV/VAC HQ WEBMASTER - KAISERIN (ICROSS OPI, VIMY UNIT WEBMASTER)

In closing for now I leave you with ..... We can assemble the greatest of the great and make them into an Executive Team ...... if that Team does not have the support of their Membership .... well .... need I say more. I am very confident that this Executive Team together with all of you in the 1st CAV/VAC Units will continue to build on 1st CAV/VAC's Powerhouse Success Story.
